face it. Reading the Bible can be hard. It can sometimes feel like
putting together a massive jigsaw puzzle or like learning a new
language. Whether you’re brand new to reading the Bible, or if you’ve
been around it your whole life, you probably run into a lot of things
you don’t understand.
You may find yourself asking questions like: Who
in the world are the Amalekites? Why does God command us to wash so
much in Leviticus? Who are the Pharisees and how do they affect me? What
do the seals and trumpets mean in Revelation? And what’s up with that
talking donkey in Numbers?
If that sounds like you, you’re not alone. In fact, the idea for creating this study grew from wrestling with my own frustrations about reading the Bible.
