  • Matt Taylor

    lead Pastor

    Matt is married to Charly, and they have two children, Ellie and Carter.  Matt and Charly both attended Trevecca Nazarene University, although they met as counselors at a High School Church Camp—where Matt insists he married his camp girlfriend!

     

    Matt loves a good home improvement project, fishing and spending time with his family.  Charly is an avid reader, beach lover, and hard working mom, who is currently a Nurse Practitioner in Portland, TN.  The Taylor’s also love their yellow Labrador, Lucy.

     

    Pastor Matt’s primary responsibilities include preaching/teaching, vision casting/strategy, pastoral care and leadership of the pastor staff and church board. 

     

    Matt holds a B.A. in Religion from Trevecca Nazarene University, a Master of Divinity from Vanderbilt University, and Doctor of Ministry from Nazarene Theological Seminary.

  • Keegan Reckinger

    Resident Church Planter

    Keegan is originally from Freeport, Illinois, and attended Olivet Nazarene University for a year after graduating high school. After a four year enlistment in the United States Marine Corps, Keegan relocated to Bethpage in order to attend Trevecca Nazarene University; studying for his bachelor’s in Religion with a minor in world history. 


    On any given day, you could find Keegan doing one of many things. He has a love for knowledge and learning, whether that be from a hands-on task or a book. Reading, fishing, shooting, working on his truck, and traveling are a few things that Keegan loves. 

  • Pablo Escobar

    Hispanic Ministry

    Pablo joined our ministry team in the summer of 2022.   Pablo attended seminary in Mexico and is currently finishing his course of study through the MidSouth District in order to be ordained in the Church of the Nazarene.  Pablo and his wife, Irene, have resided in Portland, TN for over 10 years where he continues to co-vocationally work as a pool installer.

  • Dan Headrick

    Associate Pastor

    Dan is married to Jane and they have two adulting children, Kristen and Jim, and one really cute and nervous rescue Mickey. Dan is a Physical Therapist of over thirty years and surrendered to God’s call to vocational ministry fully in 2019. He earned his MA in Pastoral and Ministerial Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University in late 2022. He and Jane met in college at Lambuth University in Jackson, Tennessee and have been married since 1991. Jane is a licensed Family and Marriage counselor, and both Dan and Jane have served Jesus in many roles from Youth Ministry, short term mission teams, Life Group and Bible Study Leaders and various leadership positions in the Churches they have attended. 


    Dan and Jane love doing life in Jesus, with each other and with others. Dan loves to fish, and Jane will tell you this is the one activity that she likes him to do with others! Hiking, singing, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and walking alongside their two adulting children are all activities Dan and Jane love doing together. 


    Dan is co-vocational, working during the week as a Physical Therapist and serving as the Associate Pastor at PNC around that work schedule. You will see him serving in the Praise Team, leading our new Young Adult Life Group and intermittent short term Topical Studies, organizing a Short-Term Mission Team, greeting, disciplining regular attenders and members, and preaching as needed.

  • Aaron Cody

    Worship & Discipleship Pastor

    Aaron  is married to Jamie, and they have three children, Dereion, Kia, and ZZ.  Aaron & Jamie grew up in the same church, but met at a New Year's Eve Jeep club gathering that Jamie's sister and brother-in-law and Aaron were all in. Jamie works at Caterpillar Financial and enjoys reading and movies. 


    Aaron is working on his Masters degree in Ministerial Studies at Olivet Nazarene University which will allow him to become eligible for ordination in the Nazarene church. He enjoys golfing, watching his favorite baseball team, the Chicago Cubs, and riding his motorcycle.
