  • Dan Headrick

    Associate Pastor

    Dan Headrick is a dedicated Physical Therapist with over 30 years of experience who fully surrendered to vocational ministry in 2019. He earned his MA in Pastoral and Ministerial Leadership from Northwest Nazarene University in 2022. Married to Jane since 1991, they have two married children, Kristen and Jose Castro, and Jim and Inda Headrick, along with their beloved rescue dog, Mickey. Jane, a licensed Family and Marriage Counselor, shares Dan’s passion for ministry, and together they have served in various leadership roles, including youth ministry, life groups, and mission teams. They enjoy hiking, singing, cheering on the Tennessee Volunteers, and walking alongside their children and their spouses.


    Dan is co-vocational, working as a Physical Therapist while also serving as the Associate Pastor at PNC. You will find him leading the Young Adult Life Group, organizing mission teams, leading the Stewards, occasionally serving on the Praise Team, preaching as needed, and supporting the church community in various ways. He is passionate about walking with others in their faith journey and fostering meaningful relationships. Jane encourages his love for fishing—with others and not her! Together, Dan and Jane are committed to living out their faith in Jesus and building authentic community with others.

  • Aaron Cody

    Worship & Discipleship Pastor

    Aaron  is married to Jamie, and they have three children, Dereion, Kia, and ZZ.  Aaron & Jamie grew up in the same church, but met at a New Year's Eve Jeep club gathering that Jamie's sister and brother-in-law and Aaron were all in. Jamie works at Caterpillar Financial and enjoys reading and movies. 


    Aaron is working on his Masters degree in Ministerial Studies at Olivet Nazarene University which will allow him to become eligible for ordination in the Nazarene church. He enjoys golfing, playing music, watching his favorite baseball team, the Chicago Cubs, and riding his motorcycle.

  • Patrick Williamson

    Next Gen Ministries

    Patrick is married to his wife Meagan, and they have two children, Addison and Caiden, a future daughter-n-love, Kaitlyn, and a grandgirl Kenzie, who has the whole family wrapped around her little finger! 


    Patrick has served in multiple capacities including the military, corrections and as a chaplain in Trousdale Correctional Facility before coming to PNC.  Patrick has served in ministry as a youth pastor and fun fact, Portland Nazarene is where he grew up and came to know Christ. Patrick is getting ready to embark on his seminary journey with Nazarene Theological Seminary.  Patrick loves all things Vols and Pittsburgh Pirates baseball!

  • Duane Harris

    Restoration Ministries Pastor

    Duane grew up in North Carolina. After serving in the Army after high school, he attended and graduated from Nossi College of Art in 2001. He became a Certified Residential Appraiser and opened his own appraisal practice in 2004. In 2007 at the age of 31, he answered the call to pastoral ministry and completed the ordination ministerial course of study. He was ordained in 2015. Duane has served as an associate pastor at Concord Community Church of the Nazarene and Goodlettsville Church of the Nazarene. He also served as the lead pastor of Hendersonville Church of the Nazarene from 2014 to 2024. After losing his first wife to cancer in 2023, he found love again when he met Joanna who had also lost her husband in 2023. They have recently married and together have four adult children and two grandsons. 


    Duane is co-vocational as he continues to run his real estate appraisal practice while serving as our Restoration Ministries Pastor. He leads a ministry at PNC, helping those who have and still do struggle with hurts, grief, and destructive habits. Duane's ministry is focused on helping people restore their relationship with God, with others, and with themselves after experiencing some of life's deepest pain. He and his wife hope to help others recover as God has helped them recover. He provides pastoral teaching, counseling, and a weekly worship gathering outside of Sunday mornings!


    He and his wife Joanna love to spend time together outdoors, gardening, camping, cooking, and also cheering on the North Carolina Tarheels! Duane is passionate about sharing his life with the community of faith and with those who need to know the good news of Jesus!

  • Pablo Escobar

    Hispanic Ministry

    Pablo joined our ministry team in the summer of 2022.   Pablo attended seminary in Mexico and is currently finishing his course of study through the MidSouth District in order to be ordained in the Church of the Nazarene.  Pablo and his wife, Irene, have resided in Portland, TN for over 10 years where he continues to co-vocationally work as a pool installer.

  • Keegan Reckinger

    Resident Church Planter

    Keegan is a Nazarene ordained minister, originally from Freeport, Illinois. After a four year enlistment with the United States Marine Corps, Keegan went on to graduate from Trevecca Nazarene University with a Bachelor’s in Religion. He is currently pursuing a Masters in Theological Studies at Nazarene Theological College located in Manchester, United Kingdom.


    Keegan is our resident City Missionary. He and his wife, Nicole, live and serve in Springfield, Tennessee, through Upper Room Fellowship. Upper Room Fellowship is a community-minded Church-type mission focused on a decentralized network of fresh Church expressions, with common DNA, across the Springfield area.
